The Association’s General Meeting Schedule

For 2026 we meet will meet the third Wednesday of every month except January. This is in line with Council as they have no meeting for January. Meetings start at 7.00pm. Our meeting room is the Glencoe Room at the Swan Hill Club, corner of McCallum and Curlewis Streets (enter off Curlewis Street from the Club’s carpark). Meeting room is on the left as you enter the Club. Remember you need sign in to the Club. We have out grown the Board Room years ago.

Please note. We have moved our meeting dates from the first Tuesday of the month to the third Wednesday of the month. This has meant that we can now meet in the Glencoe Room every month and the meeting days are always the same day of the month.
